Energy Fuels Submits Final Regulatory Agency Responses for Piñon Ridge Mill License Application
On November 12, 2010, Energy Fuels submitted the last set of responses to the technical review comments and questions posed by the Radiation Program officials of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. As of this date, all the necessary technical responses have been filed. The Company is now awaiting a decision from the State.

(TSX-EFR) ("Energy Fuels" or the "Company"), an advanced uranium and vanadium exploration and development company, and Royal Resources Limited (ASX-ROY) ("Royal"), its Perth, Australia based joint venture partner, announced today that the Arizona Strip Partners LLC ("ASP") joint venture, formed in May of 2008 by the companies, has completed two drill holes confirming successful application of two geophysical exploration techniques to locate breccia pipe targets in the Arizona Strip.

Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX-EFR) ("Energy Fuels" or the "Company"), has been awarded a Department of Energy (DOE) lease tract (SR-12) that was originally released for bid by DOE in the May, 2008 lease sale. This 641 acre lease, in western San Miguel County, Colorado (within the Uravan Mineral Belt), was originally won by another bidder who subsequently dropped the lease. It is contiguous with other properties held by Colorado Plateau Partners Joint Venture in which the Company is partnered with Australian company Royal Resources.

Energy Fuels Announces Appointment of Stephen P. Antony as President and CEO
Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX-EFR) ("Energy Fuels" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen P. Antony as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Antony has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Fuels since late 2006 and has been an integral part of Energy Fuels’ senior management team. Steve was hand picked by Energy Fuels’ founder, George Glasier, to provide day to day direction of Company activities, and to oversee all operational details, and he participated in the early planning and development of the Company. His long term industry participation and knowledge were instrumental in assembling the Energy Fuels management team, and he also played a key role in the $30.1 million (Canadian) private placement closed in December, 2006.
