ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mine Planning & Design
- Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans aligned with production targets and Life-of-Mine (LOM) strategy.
- Design pit layouts, underground development, and extraction sequences to optimize ore recovery and minimize dilution.
- Conduct scheduling, sequencing, and fleet optimization using mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan, MineSight).

GENERAL PURPOSE:
HR Administrator will help manage and prepare HR documents, help employees with issues that arise, facilitate employee onboarding and training, including scheduling physical examinations when required. Function as a point of contact between employees and VP of HR and Administration.

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment in support of overall production goals. The Maintenace Mechanic must be familiar with equipment operation, lubrication, field repair, and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, diesel engines and hydraulic systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains, diagnoses and repairs all mobile underground equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, microprocessor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels.
- Schedule and complete PMs including scheduled hour services, changing fluids, filters, inspections and other component checks.

Mine Geologist
The Mine Geologist will be responsible for providing geological expertise and support to our surface and underground mining operations in Arizona. The primary focus of this role is to ensure grade control, underground survey, accurate geological mapping, sample collection, data interpretation, analysis, and drill program management. The successful candidate will work closely with the mining team, geotechnical engineers, and corporate geology staff to optimize resource extraction and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The job will be based in Valle, Arizona on a 7 day on – 7 day off schedule. Company housing is provided while on-shift.
Mine Geologist: AZ
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Mine Superintendent and miners to confirm ore headings are being mined above minimum cutoff grades and average mine grades are being maintained.
- Provide up to date maps to miners to show best potential production areas
- Ensure that Geiger counters/probes are being used and maintained properly.
- Aid in blast planning of large stopes by managing ring drilling and sublevel stope designing.
Underground Survey:
- Complete survey mapping “as built” updates during regular trips underground
- Install lasers or backsight/front sights to guide development periodically
- Import data into 3D modeling software and provide up to date maps
Geological Mapping and Analysis:
- Conduct detailed geological mapping of both surface and underground mine areas.
- Identify and document lithological units, structures, alteration zones, and mineralization.
- Analyze geological data to interpret the spatial distribution and continuity of uranium/rare earth mineralization.
- Collaborate with geology team to integrate data into the geological models.
Sample Collection and Analysis:
- Collect rock, soil, and drill core samples from various mining areas.
- Prepare and process samples for laboratory analysis.
- Interpret and validate laboratory results to determine mineral grades and quality.
- Provide accurate and timely data to support mining decision-making processes.
Resource Evaluation and Reporting:
- Assist in the estimation and modeling of mineral resources.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, including geological models, resource statements, and mine plans.
- Monitor and update geological databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Geotechnical Support:
- Collaborate with geotechnical engineers to assess rock stability, slope design, and ground control measures.
- Provide geological input for the development and implementation of mine safety protocols.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the mining department to improve grade control and optimize ore resource development.
- Coordinate with the corporate geology staff to align geological data with corporate objectives.
